PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arc welding operation discharge experience device which allows a welding operator to safely lean risk of "the occurrence of short circuit arc" in the arc welding operation through experience, and allows the welding operator to surely learn power to foresee the risk.;SOLUTION: An arc welding operation discharge experience device 100 comprises: a welded structure 10 formed in imitation of an actual welding object; a welding holder 20 for welding operation; a stun gun 30 generating spark discharge in a position facing a weld zone 11 of the welded structure 10; and a switch mechanism making the stun gun 30 ON or OFF. The switch mechanism is a contactless switch mechanism making the stun gun 30 ON or OFF when the welding holder 20 comes close to or separates from the weld zone 11, and comprises: a magnet 41 provided in the welding holder 20 as an accessory; a magnet sensor 42 arranged near the weld zone 11 and sending ON or OFF signal with approach or separation of the magnet 41; and a controller 40 making the stun gun 30 ON or OFF by the signal from the magnet sensor 42.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
