PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural lighting tool suppressing light diffusivity from lowering due to external factors such as dew condensation or pollution.;SOLUTION: A natural lighting tool includes: a light control member having a first surface to which light is incident, a second surface opposite to the first surface and from which the light emits, and a reflective surface present between the first surface and the second surface and configured to deviate the light incident from the first surface toward the second surface; and a light diffusion layer arranged on the second surface side of the light control member and configured to diffuse light therein.
