GRATING BLADE FOR GRATER AND GRATER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grater which can sufficiently exert a function of a grating blade, does not smudge the surroundings when a grated material falls, and enables direct grating work on a tea cup and a dipping container by using the grating blade which requires less force to perform the excellent grating work for obtaining the grated material of a fine texture, is easily washed because fibers are hardly tangled, and is beautiful in terms of design.;SOLUTION: A plurality of grating blades 12 which include two guide side surfaces raised from a grating surface 11 while facing in a line-symmetric manner for guiding an article to be grated and at least one grating ridge line formed on an upper part of the guide side surfaces and extend on the grating surface 11 with a length equal to or more than three times the height of an end surface are formed to protrude on the grating surface 11 of a grater 10.
