PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium reagent composition for lithium concentration determination capable of measuring instantly a lithium concentration in an aqueous solution, and enabling visual determination; and to provide a measuring method and a measuring apparatus.SOLUTION: A lithium reagent composition is an aqueous solution in which a compound expressed by following structural formula is mixed with a basic organic compound selected from monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine, and pH thereof is adjusted to be pH 5 or higher. A lithium ion measuring method and a measuring apparatus using the same are also provided.
