PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of confirming falling prevention ability for cover structure (particularly, falling prevention tool) during and after construction.SOLUTION: A cover structure comprises: a structure 1, cover mortar 4, stainless wire net 2, attaching mechanism 3, 5, 6, 8, and a falling prevention ability confirmation tool 7. The falling prevention ability confirmation tool 7 is consisting of first connecting parts 10, 12 connecting the attaching mechanism, second connecting parts 11, 13 connecting a falling prevention ability confirmation test machine 26, and a third connecting part 14 connecting the first connecting part with the second connecting part. When the falling prevention ability confirmation test machine 26 is pulled to a predetermined load, a tapping screw is subjected to tensile force via the falling prevention ability confirmation tool 7. By virtue of the falling prevention ability confirmation tool 7, falling prevention ability is confirmed before and after covering.
