PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a power generation plant capable of selecting a starting mode in which life consumption is higher than or smaller than a life consumption planned value set in an initial operation plan, depending on power supply-demand, fuel cost, environmental measures and the like at a time of starting a power generation plant.;SOLUTION: Stop time, start time, and life consumption are displayed on a screen display device 24, and a user inputs an instruction for selecting one starting mode that the user determines to be the best to an input device 25. The input device 25 receives a selection signal from the user and transmits the received selection signal to a starting-mode selection device 23 as a signal. A device-manipulated-variable determination device 26 determines device-manipulated-variable command values 17 on the basis of a starting schedule set to the starting mode selected by the starting-mode selection device 23 and input measurement value data 16. The device-manipulated-variable command values 17 include a heat-source-medium regulation command value and a main-steam-regulation command value, which are used to adjust manipulated variables of a heat-source-medium-quantity regulation device 14 and a main-steam regulating valve 15, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
