PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to handle variation in power consumption among individual package components, with respect to heat radiation of the package components.;SOLUTION: A temperature acquisition system comprises: an internal temperature acquisition unit for acquiring an internal temperature measurement value of an electronic component; a surface temperature measurement unit for measuring surface temperature outside the electronic component; an internal temperature calculation unit for calculating internal temperature of the electronic component on the basis of a surface temperature measurement value measured by the surface temperature measurement unit; and a comparison unit for comparing the internal temperature measurement value acquired by the internal temperature acquisition unit with an internal temperature calculation value calculated by the internal temperature calculation unit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
