PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sealable lid material for a packaging container which exhibits good heat seal strength, and sufficient non-adhesiveness and durability, and provide a cup container which is formed of the lid material and a bottomed cylindrical container and covers an opening part of the container with the lid material.;SOLUTION: A heat seal lid material for a packaging container with non-adhesiveness includes a base material layer, one or more heat seal layers, and a non-adhesive layer, is formed by laminating them in this order, and exhibits non-adhesiveness.
