PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a glass plate having a curved surface shape by a simple process with high surface accuracy, and to provide a glass plate having a curved surface shape manufactured by the method, and a manufacturing apparatus of a glass plate having a curved surface shape.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a glass plate having a curved surface shape includes steps for: preparing a base glass plate 10; deforming elastically the base glass plate 10; and heating the elastically deformed base glass plate 10, and thereby imparting a curved surface shape thereto by plastic deformation.
