PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of improving detection accuracy of a dynamic body.;SOLUTION: A first specification part 32 specifies a partial imaging region with a detection frequency in a first detection frequency map is equal to or greater than a first threshold as a first region having a probability that a dynamic body exists therein.
