PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure on which a solar cell module can be easily attached when installing the solar cell module on the existing roof structure already roofed with roof materials.SOLUTION: A fixture is fixed to a foundation roof structure in which a bottom side part of an eaves-side surface 11a of a part of a roofing material 2b is superposed on a ridge-side part of a roofing material 2a arranged on the ridge side. Here, a main body part 20 as a sill part of the fixture includes: a front plate part 25 having an eaves-side fitting surface that comes into contact with the eaves-side surface 11a; a holding member attaching part 26 covering the roof material 2 and on which a holding member is attached; and a leg part 27 abutting to the upper surface side of the roof material 2. Further, the eaves-side attaching surface of the front plate part 25 is fixed to the eaves-side wall surface by using fastening elements.
