PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reply quality determination device and a reply quality determination method for differentiating reply accuracy, and for improving the duration rate of a monitor, and for efficiently collecting many more superior replies by reducing inferior replies.;SOLUTION: A main server 1 (reply superiority/inferiority determination device) is configured to, when receiving reply data from a communication part 11, determine whether the reply data are a superior reply or an inferior reply by using a reply time, reply pattern, and reply content or the like as a reference by a reply data superiority/inferiority determination part 19, and to, when the reply data are a superior reply as the result of determination, store the determination result of the reply data as a superior reply in the database of a data storage part 22, and to, when the reply data are an inferior reply, store the determination result of the reply data as an inferior reply in the database of the data storage part 22, and to create warning data by a warning data creation part 20, and to transmit the warning data as necessary or at a predetermined timing to a monitor M which has transmitted the reply data determined to be an inferior reply.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
