PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support payment delay prevention and acceptance delay prevention provided by the subcontract law.;SOLUTION: A subcontract-related order placement follow-up system executes: a first process in which a subcontract law covered PO status update function unit 107 updates the status of order placement information to be monitored under the subcontract law on the basis of a delivery due date and a payment standard date; then a second process in which an acceptance prioritized monitor function unit 108 sets a monitor level and an alert date for an individual in a parent business operator who caused acceptance delay, and issues an acceptance delay alert by email to the individual to whom the alert date is set; a third process in which a payment prioritized monitor function unit 109 sets a monitor level and an alert date for an individual in a parent business operator who caused payment delay, and issues a payment delay alert by email to the individual to whom the alert date is set; and a fourth process in which, after the second and third processes are finished, a department-wise prioritized monitor function unit 111 issues a prioritized payment delay alert mail message to an individual whose monitoring level is a prescribed stage or higher.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
