PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game recorder, or the like capable of reliably detecting an abnormal putout ball rate of a pinball game machine.;SOLUTION: A game recorder 200 mounted to a pinball game machine is configured to output an abnormal signal when detecting an abnormal putout ball rate of the pinball game machine. The game recorder 200 comprises, for example, a board 210 for mounting an output part 280 for outputting an abnormal signal, a microcomputer 260, and the like, and a metallic board box 220 surrounding the board 210 in a state, where the output part 280 is forced out to the outside, and in a state, where opening is difficult or disabled.
