PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide men's underwear that is invented for a gender identity disorder person FtM that is a person having gender transition from a female to a male, in which a lot of FtM life can be provided with relief by the development of this underwear, and this is FtM multi-functional underwear having a cushion capable of expressing the bulge of male genitalia, a pocket for fixing the cushion and a band for stably fixing a napkin with feather without being seen outside in menstruation, and thereby it is expected that a physical complex of FtM can be dissolved and also a mental distress is improved.;SOLUTION: Multi-functional underwear is provided which is specialized for FtM of a gender identity disorder person. The FtM holds a complex without the bulge of male genitalia. The bulge of the male genitalia is fixed and is made to look like a natural posture, and also the underwear is light in weight and can ensure life without feeling a sense of incongruity. Also, there is a band to fix a napkin without having mental distress of wearing underwear for female, when the menstruation has come.
