PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tolerance design training teaching material allowing a proper tolerance design about an actual product.;SOLUTION: A tolerance design training teaching material which is a tolerance design training text used when performing training or a lesson related to a tolerance design includes: exercises each related to the tolerance design about each assembly made by assembling a first component and a second component; and total tolerance calculation sheets used for making trainees calculate "a first term, a second term and a third term constituting "a total tolerance calculation expression (1) comprising a total tolerance=the first term comprising a normal dimension±the second term comprising a shaft play-causing position fluctuation amount±the third term comprising a tolerance-causing position fluctuation amount" representing the total tolerance in a prescribed target portion of the assembly" in a process of making the trainees grapple with the exercises.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
