PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and surely collect state information relating to all of information processing processes cooperating with an information processing process from which a failure originates, when the failure occurs in a system in which a plurality of information processing processes operate in cooperation with each other.SOLUTION: A failure information collection device 30 includes: a cooperation information storage unit 11 in which information processing processes operating in cooperation with each other are stored in association with first identifiers identifying the information processing processes; a storage place information storage unit 12 in which the first identifiers and second identifiers identifying places where pieces of state information respectively relating to information processing processes are stored are stored in association with each other; and acquisition means 13 which, if a failure occurs in information processing, refers to the cooperation information storage unit 11 and the storage place information storage unit 12 to specify a place in which a piece of state information relating to a cooperative information processing process cooperating with a faulty information processing process from which the failure originates, on the basis of the first identifier identifying the faulty information processing process and acquires the piece of state information associated by the first identifier identifying the cooperative information processing process, from the specified place.
