PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications partner selection system which enables both keyless entry system and TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) to share a wireless communication device loaded on a vehicle by switching between them at a proper timing, and to provide a vehicle body side communication device.;SOLUTION: An ECU 1 selects with which of a wireless key 3 and a sensor unit 6 a wireless communication part 12 carries out wireless communication by making a determination that is a proper combination of four conditions: an operational state of a shift lever 22, an actuation/release state of a parking brake 23, an engine operational state of a vehicle 100, and a result of authentication processing with the wireless key 3.
