PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blue light cut film which blocks blue light and prevents transmitted light from turning yellowish.SOLUTION: A blue light cut film 10 comprises a transparent base material 1 with a blue light cut layer 2 formed on at least one surface thereof. The blue light cut layer is made of a blue light cut film resin composition, or a cured product thereof, containing light diffusing particles, a coloring material, and a binder component. The coloring material satisfies expressions (1) and (2) below in a test laminate comprising a test coating film formed on one surface of a test transparent base material, the test coating film being made of a test resin composition, or a cured product thereof, comprising 5 mass% of the coloring material and a test binder component, and having a thickness of 3 μm. &Dgr;T=-(T-T)≤5 ...(1), &Dgr;T=-(T-T)≥25 ...(2)
