PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation module and others, having enhanced protection against an external surge voltage such as a lighting surge in photovoltaic power generation.;SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generation module includes a support body 11 and a flexible printed wiring board 10 having an electrode portion where a power generation element is disposed on the support body. The flexible printed wiring board has an insulating substrate layer 1b for insulation and a conductive layer pattern 1a comprising a metal layer. The conductive layer pattern is composed of strip-like continuous portions and interruption portions located between the continuous portions and interrupting the continuous portions. The insulating substrate layer is continuous over the conductive layer pattern including the interruption portions and is located as in a strip-like form between the conductive layer pattern and the support body. The module also includes a high dielectric material film that covers at least the continuous portions of the conductive layer pattern and covers to fill a level difference between the conductive layer pattern and the insulating substrate layer, and that has a higher dielectric constant than that of the insulating substrate layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
