PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an omitted monitoring identification processing program for identifying occurrence time of a monitoring omission.SOLUTION: The omitted monitoring identification program collects log items including occurrence time of events, which are transferred from plural devices to be monitored to a first log item storage device from a first log item storage device; stores the collected log items in a second log item storage device together with a piece of information of the collected collection time; detects an omitted monitoring log item on which a transfer delay to the first log item storage device has occurred from a log item in the second log item storage device; and identifies a collection time of a log item of a device to be monitored different from the device to be monitored of the omitted monitoring log item, which has an occurrence time close to the occurrence time of the omitted monitoring log item as the occurrence time of the transfer delay of the omitted monitoring log item.
