PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration state determination device which measures a water content of a skin of an occupant, and can properly determine a dehydration state in an environment in a cabin, a dehydration state detection method, and a program.;SOLUTION: A dehydration state determination device comprises: water content storage means which makes a water content of a skin associate with a water component absorption pixel value absorbed by a water composed of the skin in a pixel of a first near-infrared image of the skin which is photographed by a near-infrared camera, and stores them; water component absorption pixel acquisition means which acquires the water component absorption pixel value on the basis of a pixel value of a first visible light image and a pixel value of the first near-infrared image of the skin which is obtained by simultaneously photographing the skin of an occupant in a cabin photographed by a visible light camera and the near-infrared camera, and a portion other than the skin, and a pixel value of a second visible light image at the portion other than the skin, and a pixel value of a second near-infrared image; water content acquisition means which acquires a water content of the skin which is made to associate with the water component absorption pixel value, and stored in the water content storage means; and dehydration determination means which determines a dehydration state of the occupant on the basis of the acquired skin water content.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
