PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel placement support apparatus and a personnel placement support program capable of providing a support to be able to appropriately place personnel.;SOLUTION: A personnel placement support apparatus of an embodiment comprises: an acquisition unit; and a determination unit. The acquisition unit acquires event information including a result of predicting or measuring occurrence of an event based on a natural phenomenon for every type of the event.
