RENOVATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND RENOVATION STRUCTURE FOR OPENING PART OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renovation construction method in which an opening part is renovated to a sliding automatic door without removing an existing stool and architrave.SOLUTION: An opening part 1 provided with a stool 6 of an architrave adjacent to a mullion 3 of a store is renovated. An existing door of the opening part 1 is removed, and an outside vertical frame 19 on the outside is installed and connected with the mullion 3 without chipping the stool 6. In a process of joining the outside vertical frame 19 to the mullion 3, adjustment angle steel 20 is fixed even if the existing mullion 3 is tilted. A slide adjustment part 19b formed in the outside vertical frame 19 is stacked on the adjustment angle steel 20 and the slide adjustment part 19b is screwed to the adjustment angle steel 20 by vertically installing the outside vertical frame 19, and thereby the tilt of the mullion 3 is absorbed by the adjustment angle steel 20 and the outside vertical frame 19 can be vertically fixed. A sliding automatic door 10 with an opening and closing door 12 is installed adjacently to the outside vertical frame 19, and thereby a new opening part is formed.
