RENOVATION STRUCTURE AND RENOVATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR OPENING PART OF BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renovation structure that renovates an opening part into a sliding automatic door without removing a glass panel of a sleeve part.;SOLUTION: An opening part 1 with a FIX window 4 at a sleeve part 31 is renovated. An existing swing-type door is removed from the opening part 1, and protrusions 32 are provided in an opposed vertical frame 15 at the indoor side of the FIX window 4 of the sleeve part 31, respectively, and a transom 33 is fitted to the protrusions 32 from the upper part through a lower opening 33b formed at both ends of the transom 33. A support frame 37 with a rail 36, an engine 41, and a box 40 storing a roller 42 is mounted at the back side of the transom 33, and fixed to the transom 33 with screws 38 along with an internal reinforcing plate 35. The support frame 37 is also fixed in the FIX window sill of the rammer with the screws 38. An automatic door with an opening and closing door 12 is installed at the indoor side from the FIX window 4 in the opening part 1, and the roller 42 is installed on the rail 36 through a support arm 43 fixed in an upper frame of the opening and closing door.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
