PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination control system capable of saving energy by controlling illumination inside a mine in tunnel construction to reduce power consumption in the illumination in the tunnel construction.SOLUTION: A system for controlling illumination inside a mine in tunnel construction comprises: a plurality of illumination devices provided in a plurality of sections obtained by segmenting a tunnel from a mine mouth of the tunnel to a tunnel drilling work section; an information terminal which is mounted on a mobile body capable of moving in the plurality of sections and originates position information on the mobile body; a reception unit for receiving the position information from the information terminal; and control means for controlling the illumination devices on the basis of the position information on the mobile body received by the reception unit. The control means can light an illumination device in a section in which the mobile body is detected, and reduce an amount of light of the other sections.
