PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imbalance determination program, imbalance determination method, and imbalance determination device capable of allowing a person in charge to recognize the occurrence of imbalance.;SOLUTION: An analysis unit 43 analyzes the state of fluctuation of a voltage value of each phase in a power transmission channel using a three-phase three-line system. A second determination unit 44 determines whether or not a portion where the degree of divergence of the voltage value between the phases exceeds a predetermined reference is present.
