PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of snack which does not make hand dirty, in which seasoning snack is coated with starch solution for preventing dropout of seasoning and preventing hands from becoming dirty due to powders of seasoning, and utilizing original taste of seasoning for allowing all kinds of people to eat the snack with joy, regardless of sex and age.SOLUTION: The production method of snack which does not make hands dirty includes a step for oil processing of snack pellet, and a step for distributing the seasoning to the snack pellet which was subjected to oil processing. By coating the snack with starch solution after coating the snack with seasoning, and by evaporation of moisture of the starch by thermal treatment, the seasoning of the snack does not make hands dirty, and there is original taste of the seasoning as it is.
