MULTI-LAYERED WOVEN FABRIC COMBINED WITH OPENWORK PATTERN FABRIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a conventional towel woven fabric or a fabric, the shape of clearances formed by weaving are limited to longitudinal and lateral linear shapes, so that an openwork pattern having clearance parts of various figures such as a lace pattern cannot be represented.;SOLUTION: An openwork pattern fabric representing a lace pattern and a towel fabric (base fabric) are woven in a superposed state. In the clearance of the openwork pattern fabric, optional warp yarns and/or weft yarns for the openwork pattern fabric are woven into the towel fabric (base fabric), and thereby a multi-layered woven part in which various figures are represented and retained is formed. In addition, at the same time, a single-layered woven towel fabric (base fabric) part is woven by using warp yarns in a part adjacent to the multi-layered woven part, other than the multi-layered woven part, and using weft yarns used in the multi-layered woven part in common. Since the multi-layered woven part and the single-layered woven towel fabric (base fabric) part are combined, the binding of the multi-layered woven part becomes stronger, and a woven fabric having both functionality and decorativeness can be provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
