OUTER BULB ENCAPSULATION TYPE LED LAMP AND ITS METHOD OF MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new outer bulb encapsulation type LED lamp and its method of manufacture for stably holding a relatively heavy LED module and including a mount structure of which workability is superior.;SOLUTION: An outer tube encapsulation type lED lamp comprises a plurality of LED modules each having a plurality of LED elements installed therein, supporting columns for holding the plurality of LED modules and a glass outer bulb enclosing the plurality of LED modules and the supporting columns to make an air-tight sealing. The supporting columns are fixed to a stem main body with a metallic band. To tip ends of lead wires extending from the LED module, a metallic pipe is welded, and the metallic pipe is connected to a stem lead extending from the stem main body through a metallic member and electricity is supplied to it.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
