PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitor camera system which, when a tracking target intrudes a photographing field angle, ensures photographing of an invader or an intruding object with a decisive timing, which is conventionally missed due to occurrence of a time lag until the orientation of a camera is adjusted to catch the tracking target.;SOLUTION: The monitor camera system comprises: an elevator which vertically moves in accordance with floor number information inputted to an elevator controller; and a monitor camera. The monitor camera comprises: an imaging unit which obtains an image by imaging a target area; an elevator information input unit which receives elevator information including the floor number information from the elevator controller; and a controller which controls the monitor camera in accordance with the elevator information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
