PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely equalize a temperature of a railway vehicle.;SOLUTION: An air volume adjusting plate 307 is installed, and it is confirmed whether or not a temperature of a car 6 is uniform during an operation of an air conditioner 5. When the temperature of the car 6 is not uniform, the operation of the air conditioner 5 is stopped, and a door 21 of a ceiling plate 2 is opened (door-opening process). A part of a penetration hole formed at the air volume adjusting plate 307 is blocked by a metal plate 410 from a portion at which the door 21 is opened (hole adjustment process). After that, the door 21 is closed, the air conditioner 5 is operated once again, and it is confirmed whether or not the temperature of the car 6 is uniform (confirmation process). Until the temperature of the car 6 becomes uniform in the confirmation process, the door-opening process, the hole adjustment process and the confirmation process are repeated. When the temperature of the car 6 becomes uniform, it is determined that an opening pattern of the air volume adjustment plate is decided, and a design of a ceiling structure is finished.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
