PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a conceal fastener to a sheet-like base material and a method of attaching the conceal fastener to the sheet-like base material in which an attachment position is not limited.;SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a conceal fastener to a sheet-like base material comprises a sheet-like base material, a conceal fastener, and an auxiliary member. The sheet-like base material comprises a first notch part and first folded-back parts extending along a longitudinal direction of the first notch part. The auxiliary member comprises a second notch part and second folded-back parts extending along a longitudinal direction of the second notch part.
