PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a required minimum in-process inventory for each facility when manufacturing a plurality of types of products in a plurality of steps.SOLUTION: An in-process inventory calculation device: calculates a prediction quantity of a product provided by a facility on the basis of a planned quantity of the product processed in the facility, a processing time for one product, an operable time of the facility, and variation information indicating a level of variation in the processing time for one product; and calculates an in-process inventory for each facility on the basis of the planned quantity and the calculated prediction quantity.
