PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output signal calibration device of an FPGA board memory test device, and a method therefor.SOLUTION: An output signal calibration device of an FPGA board memory test device includes a clock generator (1) and a pattern generator (2). The clock generator (1) outputs clock signals each having a phase different from one another. The pattern generator (2), which receives inputs of the clock signals from the clock generator (1) and outputs an address signal, data signal, and clock signal, calibrates the timing of each of the plurality of output signals via flip-flops for timing measurement and outputs them.
