PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neck-hung free gift which can be inhibited from falling out of a container.SOLUTION: In a neck-hung free gift 20, a sheet-like suspension tool 40 is attached to a free gift 30 for hanging it to a neck part 10b of a container 10. The suspension tool 40 comprises: an adhesive film 42 in which an adhesive layer 46 is disposed on a surface of a film 44; and a reinforcement layer 48 bonded to the other area of the adhesive layer 46 so as not to cover one area on one end side of the adhesive layer 46. In the suspension tool 40, a through hole for inserting the neck part 10b of the container 10 is formed so as to penetrate the adhesive film 42 and the reinforcement layer 48. The one area of the adhesive layer 46 is bonded to an external surface of the free gift 30.
