PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of transporting equipment to a desired position on a slope, even on a steep slope, and performing construction such as drilling with no possibility of falling down on the slope, and to provide a construction method.;SOLUTION: There are provided an upper beam 1 which is provided on an upper part of a slope in the direction across vertical direction of the slope, a lower beam 2 which is provided on a lower part of the slope in the direction across the vertical direction of the slope, an upper beam leg material 3 which supports the upper beam 1 at a predetermined level, a lower beam leg material 4 which supports the lower beam 2 at a predetermined level, a rail 5 which is bridged, for movement, between the upper beam 1 and the lower beam 2 at a predetermined inclination angle along the vertical direction of the slope, a carrying truck 6 which is arranged on the rail 5 in a manner in which it can move along the rail 5 and is limited from being separated from the rail 5, while loaded with equipment in a manner to be limited from moving, rail moving means for moving the rail 5 in the direction across the rail 5, and carrying truck moving means which moves the carrying truck 6 along the rail 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
