PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strategy support device, a strategy support method and a strategy support program setting a plan for operational manual for the movable weapons within a short time on the basis of a total ally strength deployment indicating quantitation of arranged movable weapons owned by enemies and friends.SOLUTION: A strategy support device 10 has a calculation device 11. The calculation device 11 calculates weapons of friends required for each of several defence areas set between targets of enemies on the basis of quantitation of total ally strength deployment of enemies and friends, and determines the movable weapons of the friends arranged at each of several defence areas on the basis of the calculated weapons of friends.
