PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit which performs control in such a manner that an advanced phase is prevented in an inverter device.SOLUTION: A control circuit 7 for controlling an inverter circuit 2 includes: a first pulse signal generation part 734 for generating a pulse signal Pa that becomes a source of a drive signal Pa' to be inputted to a switching element 2a of one arm of the inverter circuit 2; a second pulse signal generation part 735 for generating a pulse signal Pc that becomes a source of a drive signal Pc' to be inputted to a switching element 2c of the other arm; and a phase difference detection part 76 for detecting a smaller voltage/current phase difference &phgr; between a phase difference between a phase of an output current signal I and a phase of the pulse signal Pa and a phase difference between a phase of an inverse signal of the output current signal I and a phase of the pulse signal Pc. By preventing the voltage/current phase difference &phgr; from becoming smaller than a predetermined phase difference &phgr;, control can be performed in such a manner that the advanced phase can be prevented for both the phase differences.
