PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce control parameters transmitted from an encoding device to a decoding device, reducing a decline in encoding efficiency.;SOLUTION: A sound decoding device 10 comprises: a demultiplexing unit 10a for dividing an encoding series into a low-frequency signal encoding part and a bandwidth expansion part; a low-frequency signal decoding unit 10b for decoding the low-frequency signal encoding part and obtaining a low-frequency signal; a high-frequency signal generation unit 10c for generating a high-frequency signal from the low-frequency signal; a first spectrum correction information generation unit 10d for generating first spectrum correction information by using the low-frequency signal, etc.; a spectrum correction unit 10e for correcting the spectrum of the high-frequency signal by using the first spectrum correction information; a spectrum envelope information decoding unit 10f for obtaining the spectrum envelope of the high-frequency signal included in the bandwidth expansion part; a spectrum envelope adjustment unit 10g for adjusting the spectrum envelope of the high-frequency signal; and a signal synthesis unit 10h for synthesizing the low-frequency signal and the high-frequency signal and outputting a decoded signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
