PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical report creation device and a medical image diagnostic device capable of simplifying work of pasting a medical image to a medical report.SOLUTION: A medical report creation device includes a designation reception section, an arrangement processing section, and a medical report creation section, and creates the medical report having an image arrangement region where the medical image is arranged. The designation reception section receives the designation of a desired medical image among one or a plurality of medical images acquired by the medical image acquisition section. The arrangement processing section decides the arrangement position of the desired medical image in the image arrangement region corresponding to the order of the designation of the desired medical image. The medical report creation section creates the medical report by arranging the desired medical image on the arrangement position decided by the arrangement processing section.
