PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate iron core having high peel strength and rigidity.;SOLUTION: A convex dowel D is formed on each of plural steel plates S, and the dowels D of the steel plates S are fixed to each other with adhesive agent A when the dowels D are fitted to each other in a step of fitting and integrating the dowels D of the steel plates S. In this case, the adhesive agent A may be coated on the convex outer peripheries of the dowels D before the dowels D are fitted to each other. The coating area of the adhesive agent A may be set to 50% or less of the area of the steel plate S. 80% or more of the plural dowels D formed on the steel plate S may be fixed by the adhesive agent A. The thickness of the steel plate S is desired to be equal to 0.25 mm or less.
