PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimal meeting room allocation in consideration of the confidentiality of temporally-succeeded meetings or meetings whose rooms are next to each other and which overlap the meeting time.;SOLUTION: An input information reception section 11 of a server 1 receives reservation information including conditions of a meeting desired by a user from a user terminal 5 and stores the information in a storage section 12. An evaluation value calculation section 13 calculates the evaluation value of a reservation frame which satisfies the conditions included in the reservation information and is a time zone during which the meeting room can be reserved on the basis of reservation information stored in the storage section 12, facility information indicating the specification of a meeting room, and meeting information indicating the meeting schedule assigned to each meeting room. A meeting room allocation section 14 allocates the meeting indicated by the reservation information to the reservation frame of an evaluation value greater than a preliminarily set threshold according to a prescribed rule.
