PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To run a highly accurate targeted advertisement.;SOLUTION: An advertisement delivery device pertaining to the present application comprises an information extraction unit, a first advertisement information output unit, and a second advertisement information output unit. The information extraction unit extracts, on the basis of entry information including information about a wireless terminal having entered a place corresponding to a provider, user information of the provider corresponding to the place of entry of the wireless terminal from a provider information database. The first advertisement information output unit outputs advertisement information corresponding to the user information extracted by the information extraction unit, as first advertisement information, to the wireless terminal. The second advertisement information output unit outputs advertisement information corresponding to the user of the wireless terminal that accessed a prescribed server, as second advertisement information, to the wireless terminal.
