PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to create a circulative route in light of a road state changing over time such as an unexpected road congestion due to an accident, a road construction or the like.;SOLUTION: A construction schedule creation system comprises: an external database 120 storing therein road information and meteorological information at regular intervals; a database 110 storing therein current information containing a construction operator and current location information on the construction operator, map information, construction information, and past construction information that are transmitted from an on-vehicle device 30; and a processor 100 that searches a route from the current location information and the construction information, calculates passing required time of the route from the road information, calculates construction required time from the past construction information and meteorological information, and transmits a circulative construction schedule created on the basis of the passing required time and the construction required time to the on-vehicle device 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
