PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction interface capable of holding good electrical conductivity by strong bonding of a molecule to an electrode.;SOLUTION: On the molecule-electrode junction interface of a molecular device, the terminal in contact with the electrode surface 18 of a molecule 10 or carbon nanotube 11 is a nitrogen atom, and the electrode surfaces facing each other conform to the electronic state of the molecule terminal nitrogen thus achieving ohmic contact. The electrode surface is a metal element of Ti, V, Cr, Zn, Zr, Nb, Mo, Cd, In, Sn, Hf, Ta, W, Re or Mn, Fe, Co, Cu, Tc, Ru, Ag, Os. With such a configuration, the molecule bonds strongly to an electrode 17, and a junction interface capable of holding good electrical conductivity is obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
