PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blowing system capable of reducing energy consumption of a fan simply while achieving cost saving.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 100 includes: a filter 3, a heat exchanger 4, and an air supply fan 5 that are installed in a unit duct 2; and an air volume controller 8. The air volume controller 8 includes: a PLC 9 having a timer 9a; and an inverter 10, and controls the number of revolutions of the air supply fan 5 using these elements. The air volume controller 8 sets a motor frequency of the air supply fan 5 on the basis of a preset relation between elapsed time from start of blowing air through the filter 3 and the motor frequency, and controls the number of revolutions of the air supply fan 5 in response to the elapsed time from the start of blowing air through the filter 3.
