PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify treatment stages, save resources by using an organic sludge as a supplement carbon source in a FMBR, reduce carbon discharge, and not to discharge the organic sludge for avoiding risk of secondary pollution.SOLUTION: Provided is the carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus synchronization method in drainage without sludge discharge, in which a reactor organic burden (supplement carbon source) is increased and at the same time, a facultative state formation of a parameter of a film bioreactor (or anaerobic state) is controlled for synchronizing drainage sludge disposal in the facultative film bioreactor (FMBR), and then removing carbon and phosphorus.
