PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor applying an appropriate pressure on a vibrator of individual ultrasonic motors, thereby achieving high mass-production stability.;SOLUTION: An ultrasonic motor includes: a slide member; a vibrator that can be freely brought into contact with the slide member; a piezoelectric element that is in contact with the vibrator to vibrate the vibrator; an elastic part pressing the vibrator to the slide member; a screw ring urging the elastic part and adjusting an applying pressure of the elastic part according to a screwing-in quantity; an operation part provided in the screw ring to adjust the screwing-in quantity of the screw ring; and a through hole provided in the screw ring for detecting a pressurizing state of the elastic part via the screw ring.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
