PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of one-to-one association between a SIM card or an UIM card and a communication terminal device.;SOLUTION: A communication terminal association system includes: a first information processing part 11 with tampering resistance; a second information processing part 12 without tampering resistance; a master key that is accessed from the first information processing part 11 and is not accessed from the second information processing part 12; and an encrypted private key that is encrypted by the master key. The first information processing part 11 uses the master key to decrypt the encrypted private key, stores the decrypted private key in a memory region that is accessed from the first information processing part 11 and is not accessed from the second information processing part 12, and uses public key encryption based on the private key stored in the memory region to perform terminal authentication, with a SIM card 30 including a public key of a communication terminal device 10, for authenticating the communication terminal 10 to be associated with the SIM card 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
